Enrollment is open to individuals aged 16 and above. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to secure your enrollment.
Fees are non-transferable and subject to our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change course fees or offerings at any time with prior notice.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds will be issued once a course has started.
Missed sessions are the responsibility of the student and are non-refundable.
All course materials, content, and resources provided by Bellevue Learning Center are the intellectual property of the center and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written consent.
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates our community standards.
Bellevue Learning Center reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, instructors, or cancel classes when necessary. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified promptly.
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use, including attempting to hack, scrape, or misuse any part of our site, is strictly prohibited.
Bellevue Learning Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
