Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Fairness & Transparency

At Bellevue Learning Center, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a straightforward refund policy to help you make the right decision with confidence.

📅 Refund Eligibility

  • 7+ Days Before Course Start Date:
    ✅ 100% refund (minus processing fee, if applicable)

  • 3–6 Days Before Course Start Date:
    ✅ 50% refund

  • Less Than 3 Days Before Course Start Date or After Class Begins:
    ❌ No refund available

❗ Additional Notes

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to learn@bellevuelearningcenter.design.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Missed classes due to student absence are non-refundable.

  • Custom or corporate training programs are non-refundable once scheduled.

  • If a course is canceled by Bellevue Learning Center, a full refund will be issued or you may opt to reschedule at no additional cost.
